ENNERDALE (England/Old-Scotland) / STOBOROUGH ENGLAND / FIEF BLONDEL NORMANDY / ANNALY IRELAND

THE RIGHTS FRAMEWORK

Film rights rooted in place.

George Mentz’s media company, Mentzinger Media, develops film and media projects connected with his stated manorial, seigneurial and property interests in Ennerdale, Stoborough, Fief Blondel and Annaly. Production proposals can be considered for the particular land, access or other rights that Mentz holds and is legally able to license.

Each agreement must identify the exact location and the rights being granted. Filming access, the use of an original script or book, and ownership of the completed production are separate matters, addressed expressly in the relevant contracts.

Permissions are specific to the proposed shoot.Historical titles and regional connections do not establish blanket or exclusive filming control over an entire region, beach, sea, public space or another owner’s property. Any location licence is subject to documentary confirmation of the relevant rights and any additional consents required.

THE LOCATION COLLECTION

Four settings. Countless possibilities.

CUMBRIA, ENGLAND

01 / ENGLAND - Old Scotland - Lake District where Harry Potter and many films made.

Ennerdale

Lake country, open fells and dramatic natural landscapes.

Ennerdale offers a compelling backdrop for wilderness narratives, historical drama, landscape documentaries and atmospheric music films. Mentz’s stated interests in the Manor, Forest and Bailiwick of Ennerdale provide the starting point for enquiries concerning rights within his ownership.

02 / DORSET, ENGLAND

Stoborough

Stoborough’s historic liberty and its Dorset setting invite stories of local tradition, English heritage and rural life. Projects associated with Mentz’s stated interests in the Liberty of Stoborough may be explored through a location-specific assessment.

03 / GUERNSEY, CHANNEL ISLANDS

Fief Blondel

Beaches, coastal light and sweeping sea views.

Fief Blondel forms part of Mentz’s stated seigneurial interests in Guernsey. The island’s coastal setting offers inspiration for maritime stories, beach sequences, ocean-view cinematography and documentaries exploring the Channel Islands’ Norman heritage.

Guernsey lies off the Normandy coast. Mainland Normandy filming is a separate location enquiry and requires its own permissions.

04 / COUNTY LONGFORD, IRELAND

Annaly

Irish heritage, inland waters and stories across generations.
